Colin (Chief Retail and Delivery Officer and Executive Vice President @United States Postal Service) Joshua Colin was named chief retail and delivery officer and executive vice president in July 2021. He reports directly to the Postmaster General. Dr. Colin leads the Postal Service’s strategy to deliver world- class service to every American home and business and to transform Post Offices into destinations that connect and enrich communities. He oversees all retail and delivery operations which include 430,000 employees, more than 30,000 retail sites and a fleet of approximately 230,000 vehicles. He also leads the effort to create organizational insights and drive operational excellence by leveraging technology and data across all retail and delivery operations. Before this role, Dr. Colin was vice president, Delivery Operations, where he increased competency, capability and confidence in the Postal Service’s carriers and technology systems, drove performance management and optimized delivery. Steven W. Monteith (Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President @United States Postal Service) Steve Monteith was named chief customer and marketing officer and executive vice president in November 2020. He reports to the Postmaster General and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Monteith is responsible for corporate strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and financial contribution that resulted in $77 billion in annual revenue. Monteith’s priorities are implementing the Delivering for America plan to grow revenue, reposition and grow mail volume, and strengthen the brand by working to improve the customer experience, payments and acceptance, tracking, and visibility. Monteith manages relationships with mailers, shippers, partners and industry leaders. He is responsible for a workforce of over 4,000 employees in four organizations: Customer Experience, Marketing, Product Solutions and Sales. Judy de Torok (Vice President, Corporate Affairs @United States Postal Service) Judy de Torok was named vice president, Corporate Affairs in May 2021. She reports directly to the Postmaster General. In this position she is responsible for leading stakeholder engagement strategies in support of the Delivering for America Plan. She oversees the offices of Industry Engagement and Outreach, International Postal Affairs, Environmental Affairs and Corporate Sustainability, Continuity and Preparedness, the Historian & Corporate Information Services, and the Judicial Office. De Torok and her team are responsible for key customer-focused programs, including the National Postal Forum, Postal Customer Councils and the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee.
